MEREDITH PARTICIPATES IN ETHICS PANEL AT SETON HALL LAW SCHOOL

Meredith was delighted to participate in a panel discussion about ABA Model Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g) at Seton Hall Law School at a symposium titled “Diversity and Inclusion: Shaping an Ethical Practice.” Rule 8.4(g) was revised to add discrimination and harassment to the definition of lawyer “misconduct.” The panel members discussed the revisions and their role in fostering diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
